*Fire Cider comes from ancient traditions of making live-medicinal vinegars. As the name indicates, Fire Cider contains warming, stimulating and anti-viral herbs and may be used as an immune support during fall and winter. In this Fire Cider we will use vinegar from Yun-kombucha. At the workshop we will go through other uses of the vinegar as well.
